LA DÉTENTE

La troisième et dernière étape du circuit d’eaux prend place dans les aires de détente : dans les chaises longues, les poufs ou encore les hamacs.

Après ces deux chocs que sont les étapes de chaud et de froid, vient une sensation de relaxation intense indescriptible. Lorsque le corps recommence à retrouver sa température corporelle normale et que son rythme cardiaque se stabilise, des hormones sont produites, réduisant le stress et favorisant le sommeil.

The third and last stage of the water circuit takes place in the relaxation areas: sun loungers, beanbags or hammocks.

Following the hot and cold stages which cause a kind of shock, comes an indescribable sensation of intense relaxation. When the body starts to regain normal temperature and the heart rate stabilizes, hormones are produced, reducing stress and promoting sleep.
