Just like engaging in a physical activity, regular visits to the water circuit will release endorphins that are commonly referred to as ‘happy hormones’. In addition to reducing stress and promoting relaxation, alternating between hot and cold on a monthly basis will strengthen your immune system, help you sleep better, and will give you a radiant glow!
Your nordic spa visits do not have to be long: a one-hour cycle, once a week, is enough to feel the health benefits for both body and mind.
