We’re always pleased when you think of Bota Bota for your group reservations
We consider a group to be 6 people or more. However, we would like to remind you that Bota Bota is a place of relaxation and calm. If you are planning a bachelorette party or a birthday, we want you to keep that in mind.
We require complete silence throughout the boat, with whispers permitted only in the outdoor garden area.
Cellphones, cameras and tablets are not allowed on board. If you wish to use your cellphones and speak everywhere, we invite you to book on a Thursday, during our Reconnexion Thursdays.
Should you fail to comply with our group policy and conditions, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. No refund will be given in this case.
Please note that all group participants must be 18 years of age or older, and must book the same package with the same arrival and departure times. In addition, any reservation made on a Saturday must include the water circuit. If your group does not meet these conditions, the reservation must be made individually.
We will require full payment on a single credit card to confirm the reservation. It will not be possible to separate invoices on site.
To avoid charges, all cancellations and modifications must be made no more than 48 hours in advance by e-mail.

Important Information : Please note that we only accept one group per time slot (every 20 minutes). We may have online availability but refuse your group because another group has already booked the same time slot.
Our massage therapists’ and estheticians’ schedules are available 4 weeks in advance. If your reservation includes massages or beauty treatments, we will ask you to wait these 4 weeks before contacting us.

Restaurant La Traversée
If you book a package that includes a meal at Restaurant La Traversée, we will need to give you a maximum of 2 weeks’ notice of your choice of dishes and the desired reservation time. The menu will be sent to you by e-mail.
