A sound journey where the vibrations of the bowls soothe you, a gourmet brunch made with Quebec products (vegeratian and gluten-free options available), followed by access to the water circuit to extend your relaxation.

Time on board : 3.5 hours. 1-hour class, 2 hours access to the water circuit and an additional 30 minutes for brunch.

8:30 a.m.: recommended arrival time for check-in and get ready
9 a.m.-10 a.m. : one hour sound bath class in the hammock room in the gardens
Between 10 a.m and 12.30 p.m. : brunch and access to the water circuit (Note : Brunch is served from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.)
