From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., young people aged 12 to 17, accompanied by an adult, will be welcome for a fun, relaxing morning.

Program: the discovery of the water circuit and the 3 stages, hot-cold-relaxation and, depending on the dates:

• A workshop to awaken conscious breathing, an essential tool for managing the body and mind accompanied by pleasant stretching (March 2 and 3)
• An introduction class to massage therapy, a first step towards a connection to the body through massage techniques (March 4, 5 and 6)
