Special Menu at La Traversée Restaurant
Throughout the year, La Traversée restaurant, located on board Bota Bota, is constantly working on creating new dishes while making sure to highlight fresh local products on its seasonal menu. In fact, ever since the article that was published last summer, the menu has already undergone several changes.
To be enjoyed alone or with guests, the restaurant’s rotating menu offers a multitude of outstanding dishes including several vegetarian options. Once again, La Traversée restaurant is introducing several new items on its menu, in addition to a special formula to share, to allow you to enjoy a tender moment, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Mr. Beaulieu chilli peppers maple syrup roasted beets, marinated pearl onions, Les Filles Fattoush sumac yogurt, parsley garnish
Pork meatballs from the Valens farm, tomato, red peppers and Quebec’s strawberry sauce, Clos des Roches cheese tuile, Zatoun olive oil
Beetroot bread from L’amour du pain, pinto bean galette, hazelnuts and mushrooms, marinated vegetables, Brother Jacques cheese, roasted tomatoes, homemade bbq sauce and seasonal side dish
Crispy crepe stuffed with homemade ricotta, poached pears from Mr. Pierre’s orchard, pistachio with matcha and spicy syrup
