Something New at La Traversée Restaurant

In anticipation of the rapidly approaching summer season, La Traversée, a floating restaurant located inside Bota Bota, is putting together the last few touches to be able to welcome passengers in its outdoor space where you will soon be able to comfortably have a drink while seated on the terrace. Although the restaurant, which offers an impressive view of the Old Port of Montreal is open year-round, the service at the bar in the Gardens, offered by the restaurant team, is only available during sunny summer days and remains one of the big favorites among regulars of the spa.

Having gotten a makeover after the last lockdown, the restaurant, which offers a remarkable seasonal menu, has worked constantly on the construction of its next plates. For the occasion, the La Traversée team is proud to be able to display something new on the menu, always featuring a variety of local ingredients.

Croque-Monsieur

Once again in collaboration with Pascal le boucher, the all-new braised ham croque-monsieur is accompanied by a béchamel sauce flambéed with maple whiskey, the famous Hercule de Charlevoix cheese, and a crunchy tangy salad.

Crumble

The decadent apple crumble with roasted pistachio to which is added pastry cream with hibiscus and a pavlova with lemon balm.

Dose

Organic cold-pressed juices, now on sale

New Arrivals

The restaurant’s wine list, which is constantly changing

Don’t forget that you can enjoy the restaurant without being a client of the spa, every day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
