Alexandra invites you to immerse yourself in a sound journey where the vibrations of the bowls soothe you and encourage deep release, all while being gently cradled in our suspended hammocks.

This sound bath workshop uses the frequencies and vibrations of the bowls to reduce stress and promote a deep sense of well-being. A meditative and restorative experience, ideal for regaining balance and serenity.
