The Girls Night In cocktail

Valentine’s Day is for lovers, yes, but also the perfect day to get together with friends! No boyfriend, no problem! We have a 100% girly cocktail recipe for the occasion!

Some of your favorite ingredients have been mixed together, such as gin, Aperol and strawberry purée. Since this is a special occasion and we wanted to go all in, we added a sparkling edible powder as garnish.

Girls Night In : 

1 oz Gin

0.5 oz Aperol 

1 oz Strawberry Purée*

0.75 oz Fresh lime juice 

0.5 oz Simple syrup

Edible Beverage Shimmer Dust

How to : 

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker. 

2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. 

3. Double-strain into a chilled coupette. 

* Strawberry Purée : Pour one cup of frozen strawberries into a blender. Add half a cup of water and half a cup of sugar then mix until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
