About the position

Under the responsibility of the Hospitality Supervisor, the Reception Agent is responsible for welcoming and taking care of the customer according to high-end customer service requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Greet the customer at his arrival onsite
  • Take care of the customer and clearly explain instructions and rules
  • Provide the customer with valuable insights for a successful experience at Bota Bota
  • Manage customer check-out
  • Minimize at the maximum any customer dissatisfaction situation with tact diplomacy and common sens
  • Be responsive to customer questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications
