About the position

In collaboration with the Treatment and Optimization Manager, the massage therapist provides professional massages and body treatments to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care to Bota Bota’s customers
  • Be on the constant lookout for prevailing trends
  • Awareness of the services and products offered at Bota Bota
  • Ensure the cleanliness of your area and maintain an adequate stock of necessary supplies
  • Maintain the standards of hygiene and sterilization according to your profession’s code of ethics
  • Be aware of customer questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner
  • Adopt a positive attitude that will help maintain a friendly and professional professional environment

Requirements

  • Be self-employed
  • Minimum 2-year experience in massage therapy
  • Experience in the field of spas
  • Possess a diploma from a recognized school
  • Master a minimum of two techniques among: Swedish, Californian, deep tissue, sport, reflexology, lomi lomi, shiatsu, heated shells, lymphatic drainage
  • Be a member of a recognized association and be able to issue receipts
  • Possess professional liability insurances
  • Excellent master of French and English
