December 11 2025 – AERIAL YIN class + water circuit

Margaux invites you to experience the aerial hammock with a workshop focused on releasing the tensions and gentle stretching, both essential for mental and physical well-being. Connect to your emotions and sensations and, gradually, let go of ambient anxiety. Without seeking performance, this workshop invites you to notice the flow of your thoughts without judgment and will allow you to reach the deep tissues of the body and meditative states of the mind.

4:30 p.m.: recommended arrival time for check-in and get ready
5 p.m.-6 p.m., one hour workshop in the hammock room in the gardens
6 p.m.-9 p.m., two hours of free access to the water circuit

WHAT TO BRING
Yoga outfit or comfortable clothes, swimsuit, sandals, non-breakable water bottle.

INCLUDED
Yoga mat, bathrobe, towel, locker and key.
