FULL October 16, 2025 – SOUND BATH & YOGA + Water circuit

Haley Gaia invites you to immerse yourself in a Yoga and Sound journey where the vibrations of Crystal Alchemy Bowls will soothe your mind, body, and soul, encouraging deep release. This restorative experience begins with very gentle, slow Hatha Yoga to prepare the body for rest.
Guests will then lie down to receive Sound Healing- a meditative practice that uses the frequencies and vibrations of healing instruments to reduce stress and promote a deep sense of well-being. Expect an unforgettable, truly relaxing experience, ideal for regaining balance and serenity.

PROGRAM
4:30 p.m.: recommended arrival time for check-in and get ready
5 p.m.-6 p.m., one hour workshop in the hammock room in the gardens
6 p.m.-8 p.m., two hours of free access to the water circuit

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothes, swimsuit, sandals, non-breakable water bottle.

INCLUDED
Bathrobe, towel, locker and key.
