Sound bath Brunch – April 5, 2026

Start your day gently and take time to unwind.

A sound journey where the vibrations of the bowls soothe you, a gourmet brunch made with Quebec products prepared by chef Rita-Adèle Beaulieu, followed by the access to the water circuit to extend your relaxation.

Included with the brunch: one dish and one cocktail (non-alcoholic option available)

Time on board : 3h30. 1-hour class, 2 hours access to the water circuit and an additional 30 minutes for brunch.

PROGRAM
8:30 a.m.: recommended arrival time for check-in and get ready
9 a.m.-10 a.m. : one hour sound bath class in the hammock room in the gardens
Between 10 a.m and 12.30 p.m. : brunch and access to the water circuit (Note : Brunch is served from 10.30AM to 12.30PM)

INCLUDED
Bathrobe, towel, locker and key.

WHAT TO BRING
Swimsuit, sandals, non-breakable water bottle.

PRICE | $135 (excluding taxes) per person, including brunch, one hour of workshop followed by the access to the water circuit.
