A few construction projects are currently underway around Bota Bota, spa-sur-l’eau.
The spa remains fully open and all water circuit installations are accessible.
However, some access routes may be temporarily modified. We invite you to review the information below to help prepare for your visit.

Parking Access
The spa parking lot remains accessible despite the temporary closure of Mill Street.
To reach it, you must enter Mill Street via De la Commune Street West.
A sign will indicate “Circulation locale seulement,” but you may still proceed. The entrance to the parking lot will be on your left, just after the bridge.

Promenade Pier Repairs
The Old Port of Montreal Corporation is currently carrying out repairs to the promenade wall at water level. During the work, crews will install equipment and materials on Place des Éclusiers, just beside the pedestrian bridge leading to the spa.
Access to the spa remains open, but the construction site may make the entrance slightly less visible than usual. A sign has been installed on the construction fence to help guide you.
