In fact, ever since the <a href=\"https:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/hublot\/gastronomy\/menu-restaurant-la-traversee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">article that was published last summer<\/a>, the menu has already undergone several changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be enjoyed alone or with guests, the restaurant&#8217;s rotating menu offers a multitude of outstanding dishes including several vegetarian options. Once again, La Travers\u00e9e restaurant is introducing several new items on its menu, in addition to a special formula to share, to allow you to enjoy a tender moment, just in time for Valentine&#8217;s Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Beets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Mr. Beaulieu chilli peppers maple syrup roasted beets,
