And because I sincerely believe that an active life filled with variety makes us happier and more relaxed, I invite you to enjoy these summer pleasures!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>If you\u2019re in search of inner peace<\/strong><br \/>\nSunday, June 22nd, let summer shine from inside out with <a title=\"OM\" href=\"http:\/\/http:\/\/botabota.ca\/om-saluez-lete\/\">OM<\/a>, a day focused on serenity during which passengers are invited to participate in meditation, yoga, and pilates workshops, guided by four well-being professionals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>If happy hours are not your cup of tea<\/strong><br \/>\nEvery Thursday, from June 26th to September 4th, Auberge Saint-Gabriel takes it outside and turns on the grill. Here come the Bathe and Grill Thursdays. Our brigade is switching to a menu of satay, seafood, signature sausages by <a title=\"Ils en fument du bon\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/IlsenFumentduBon\">Ils en fument du bon<\/a>, and summer vegetables, grilled on our floating terrasse. Obviously, we recommend pairing it with a glass of crisp white wine, or a refreshing virgin cocktail!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>If you have some energy to spare<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is my favorite event ever. It was created for myself only, but I\u2019ve decided to share it with our passengers. Gently down the stream is a day filled with&#8230; water! Start the day with a boat ride from Bota Bota to a secret location on the Saint-Lawrence River, where paddleboards will await you. Then, test your balance and power for the next two hours during a guided excursion. Afterwards, enjoy a picnic prepared specially for you by <a title=\"Auberge sur la Route\" href=\"http:\/\/aubergesurlaroute.com\">Auberge Saint-Gabriel<\/a>. Finally, unwind and spend the afternoon enjoying the water circuit at Bota Bota. If you\u2019re anything like me, you&#8217;ll be asking for more. This activity will take place on July 27th, August 8th, and August 15th, and is fit for neophytes and athletes alike. Space is limited, so I recommend you book ahead!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>If you\u2019re a thrill-seeker<\/strong><br \/>\nYou&#8217;ve been asking for it&#8230; the divers are back for a fourth edition. On August 8th, I invite you to witness a high dive demonstration, where three professional divers will launch from the roof of Bota Bota, 45 feet high, into the Saint-Lawrence River. Be dazzled by their boldness, and Dive into the drift.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Looking for more space!<\/strong><br \/>\nWe feel it is important to continuously renew our passengers&#8217; experience, so we are working on a new addition! In the garden, we will soon inaugurate a new pavilion, including a sauna, a steam room, relaxation areas, and a 90-foot water basin, divided into a cold plunge, a hot tub, and a pool! This new spa area, designed by <a title=\"Mu Architecture\" href=\"http:\/\/architecture-mu.com\/?page_id=984\">Mu Architecture<\/a>, anchors Bota Bota in its environment, enhancing this downtown oasis\u2019 ties with nature.
