Succumb&nbsp;to&nbsp;Constance&#8217;s&nbsp;macaroni and&nbsp;cheese, a&nbsp;creamy&nbsp;and&nbsp;tasty&nbsp;dish. Finish off with a savoury touch with Ma\u00ebva&#8217;s chocolate fondants. All&nbsp;that&#8217;s&nbsp;left&nbsp;to do&nbsp;is&nbsp;cook,&nbsp;savour&nbsp;and&nbsp;melt&nbsp;with&nbsp;delight.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"632\" height=\"351\" src=\"https:\/\/botabota.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Sans-titre-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40053\" srcset=\"https:\/\/botabota.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Sans-titre-2.png 632w, https:\/\/botabota.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Sans-titre-2-300x167.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 632px) 100vw, 632px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Constance&#8217;s Macaroni and Cheese <strong>recipe&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation&nbsp;time : 30 minutes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servings: 4 to 6&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>One package of macaroni&nbsp;<\/li><li>Half a stick of butter&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00bd&nbsp;cup of&nbsp;flour&nbsp;<\/li><li>4 cups of&nbsp;milk&nbsp;<\/li><li>1&nbsp;onion&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 bloc of cheddar cheese<\/li><li>150g of blue cheese<\/li><li>100g of parmesan <\/li><li>A few green&nbsp;onions&nbsp;<\/li><li>Chilli&nbsp;flakes&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00bd&nbsp;spoon&nbsp;of&nbsp;salt&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00bd&nbsp;spoon&nbsp;of&nbsp;pepper&nbsp;<\/li><li>\u00bd&nbsp;spoon&nbsp;of paprika&nbsp;<\/li><li>Breadcrumbs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Cook the pasta.&nbsp;<br><br><\/li><li>Grate&nbsp;and&nbsp;cut&nbsp;the&nbsp;cheeses&nbsp;and mix&nbsp;everything&nbsp;together.&nbsp;<br><br><\/li><li>Prepare&nbsp;the&nbsp;b\u00e9chamel sauce:&nbsp;cut the onion into small cubes and cook it in the butter. Wait&nbsp;for&nbsp;the onion it&nbsp;to&nbsp;soften,&nbsp;then&nbsp;add&nbsp;the&nbsp;flour. Mix for a few minutes&nbsp;before&nbsp;adding&nbsp;the&nbsp;milk&nbsp;little&nbsp;by&nbsp;little. Continue&nbsp;mixing&nbsp;until&nbsp;the mixture&nbsp;thickens.&nbsp;<br><br><\/li><li>Turn&nbsp;off the&nbsp;heat,&nbsp;add&nbsp;the&nbsp;spices&nbsp;and&nbsp;then&nbsp;add&nbsp;one cup of the&nbsp;cheese&nbsp;mixture.
