If on\u00a0one hand we decrease our consumption of alcohol while choosing\u00a0a more stable schedule, we unfortunately also often tend to diminish activities that make us move as well as\u00a0moments of relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the coming month, we have several activities to offer : <a href=\"http:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/57-tuesdays-with-live-music\/\">the 5@7 Live\u00a0Tuesdays continue<\/a>, a <a href=\"http:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/cinespa-an-open-air-film-projection\/\">Cine-Spa evening<\/a> awaits you on September 6th, a <a href=\"http:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/escale-a-2-pour-65\/\">sweet promo\u00a0on the water circuit<\/a> from September 11th to 21st is on the way, our first <a href=\"http:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/the-pirates-layover-at-bota-bota\/\">Pirates Layover<\/a>\u00a0on September 22nd and even two <a href=\"http:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/drift-away-after-dark-at-bota-bota\/\">Drift Away After Dark<\/a> evenings\u00a0on the 1st and 29th of September. Also, to encourage you to stay active, our\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/lole-yoga-lunch-pose\/\">free yoga sessions<\/a> offered by Bota Bota and Lol\u00eb in the Old Port continue every Thursday at lunch until the end of the month.<\/p>\n<p>In this edition of the porthole, we have prepared a report on the increasingly popular river surfing on the Saint Lawrence River, an <a href=\"http:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/the-futur-of-the-old-port-of-montreal\/\">interview with Mr. Aldo Sylvestre<\/a> from the firm <a href=\"http:\/\/daoustlestage.com\/en\/\">Daoust Lestage<\/a> about the new master plan that will guide the development of the Old -Port of Montreal for the next 20 years and our ambassador Marie-Julie Gagnon, mother of a 9 year old girl who candidly\u00a0shares about her struggles with\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/botabota.ca\/en\/hurray-for-back-to-school-and-pedagogical-days\/\">upcoming\u00a0school year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With all this variety, you will certainly find a good way to relax during the back to school season!<\/p>\n<p>Happy\u00a0reading!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the arrival of the back to school season, our habits often tend to change, for better or for worse!
