What if\u00a0our New Year&#8217;s resolutions were easy\u00a0this year? As 2018 knocks on our doors, we invite you to discover 5 resolutions for a year filled with well-being. Resolutions tend to come to life only when accompanied by action plans, thus why we completed each of our suggestions\u00a0with a few ideas that will help you pull them through!<\/p>\n<h1>1. Slow down<\/h1>\n<p>Promise yourself that you&#8217;ll take\u00a0time this year&#8230; to take your time! Life passes\u00a0by\u00a0so\u00a0fast and we often forget to stop and\u00a0enjoy it. This year, make the pledge\u00a0to slow down and to appreciate\u00a0what life brings you every day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to get there<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Create a morning routine that will help you\u00a0get into the day smoothly, even if you\u00a0have to get out of bed\u00a0a little earlier<br \/>\n&#8211; Limit your &#8220;to-do&#8221; list with\u00a0urgent things instead of filling it with\u00a0everything\u00a0that\u00a0goes through your head<br \/>\n&#8211; Instead of spending time on your\u00a0phone, write three positive things that happened during\u00a0your\u00a0day in a\u00a0gratitude journal every night before you go\u00a0to sleep<\/p>\n<h1>2. Plan breaks<\/h1>\n<p>To be able to breathe a little, you have to be proactive. Far from being a waste of time, breaks and moments of relaxation will make us more productive and happier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to get there<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Book a massage, a facial or a spa layover\u00a0at least once per\u00a0season\u00a0in order to replenish your\u00a0<em>zenitude<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; Schedule an alert on your\u00a0phone to remind yourself to get some fresh air in the afternoon<br \/>\n&#8211; Plan days without chores or tasks on your monthly schedule\u00a0in order to let go a bit<\/p>\n<h1>3. Hydrate\u00a0your body<\/h1>\n<p>Drinking water is essential for your health. However, we often overestimate our actual consumption. This year, we have a few tips that&#8217;ll allow you to keep your system fully\u00a0hydrated all day long.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to get there<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Fill your portable water bottles in advance and store them in the\u00a0fridge so you can catch one easily when you leave the house<br \/>\n&#8211; Replace plastic\u00a0sparkling water bottles with a machine that allows you to prepare everything at home in a more ecological and economical way<br \/>\n&#8211; Rediscover the pleasures of hot lemon water, herbal tea or green tea at the end of the meal minus the caffein<\/p>\n<h1>4. Listen to your body<\/h1>\n<p>We are used to asking a lot from\u00a0our bodies. But when do we take the time to see its needs and pamper it\u00a0a little? Not often enough! Connect with those you\u00a0love more<\/h1>\n<p>The bonds that unite us are a balm on our mental health and well-being.
