While the current state of the world is forcing us to slow down and stay home, collective solidarity has never been more important. Creative, gourmet and supportive initiatives are multiplying to help Montrealers and their families better manage this difficult moment. We have selected for you a few cultural initiatives going on in our neighbourhood, to enjoy from a distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Phi\nCenter – Collaborative Art<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since March 26th, the Phi Center has been transformed into a\nplatform for common expression and offers a movement for artistic collaborations\ncalled Living Traces. Professional or amateur artists can participate in this artistic\ngame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montreal Science Center – Knowledge through games<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Science Center invites young scientists on their website\nwith a varied choice of games and experiences, helping them learn while having\nfun. No chemist’s accessories\nneeded, all the experiments are simple, safe and can be carried out with\neveryday objects. A great time for young and old!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pointe-\u00e0-Calli\u00e8re Museum – Culture from the living room<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pointe-\u00e0-Calli\u00e8re Museum invites itself to your home\nwith its exhibition “The Incas… treasures of Peru”, through\noriginal video capsules animated by experts and an overview of objects from Inca\ncrafts: jewelry, tools, works of art and clothing.Take part in this journey dating back 200 years before our era on the museum’s website, here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Darling Foundry – Virtual stroll<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Darling Foundry opens its virtual doors to those\ninterested in Michael Eddy’s “Je suis” exhibit. This invites us to\nquestion ourselves about individual expression, a movement today, more\nimportant than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
