That is the reason why we\nhave listed 5 simple and effective wellness habits to insert into your daily\nlife, to maintain a healthy balance, throughout your week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MAKE A <em>GREEN JUICE<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Green juice recipes can literally\nbe found anywhere. You\u2019ve been known to be a little too generous when it comes\nto adding kale, giving your drinks an earthy and unpleasant taste, that quickly\nmade you abandon this good habit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe that a green juice\nshould be made in the morning, to start off the day just right, with a great\nvibe and fruity taste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below, our little recipe, which\nworks miracles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Pieces\nof frozen mangoes<\/li><li>Pieces\nof pineapple<\/li><li>Spinach\nleaves<\/li><li>Kale\nleaves<\/li><li>Half\nan avocado<\/li><li>A\nlittle maple syrup<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ve probably noticed it- we didn\u2019t\nadd measures. Create this recipe as you want- the important thing is to love the\ntaste of what you\u2019ve made. Be careful, however, about adding too much kale ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>TAKE A BREAK<\/em> DURING THE DAY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those with a profession whose\nmain activity is typing behind a computer screen will know this better than\nanyone: sitting on a chair for a full day is certainly not ideal. Oxygenating\nthe brain as much as the body is important for our productivity to be at its\nbest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We suggest that you travel from\nhome to work on foot or by bike to get a good dose of fresh air before starting\nthe work day. And during the day, if time allows, give yourself a little ten-minute\nbreak in your day to stretch your legs and go for a walk around the\nneighborhood. Who knows? This may allow you to finally find the solution to the\nproblem that has been bothering you since the beginning of the week!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>START TO <em>READ<\/em> AGAIN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When was the last time you opened\na book? That&#8217;s what we thought &#8230; it\u2019s been too long! It sometimes takes a\ncolossal effort to put our phone, computer or tablet aside to indulge in a\nfictional universe for a few hours.
