Tuesday November 19
5 p.m. | Breathing and Stretching (1 h) | Included, 2 hours access to the water circuit
Sébastien will help you foster a deep and invigorating connection between your body and mind. His conscious breathing techniques will meet the practice of targeted spinal stretching. Dynamic stretching will be followed by a moment of deep relaxation to the sound of an handpan instrument. Continue the experience in the water circuit for an experience of complete well-being.
Tuesday November 26
5 p.m. | Strength and Flexibility (1h) | Included, 2 hours access to the water circuit
Amélie will help you achieve your flexibility goals in this class open to all levels. Whether you are advanced or a complete beginner, the active/passive flexibility and stretching exercises will make you feel your best. Take this challenge to gently prepare you to the water circuit that will release the remaining tensions.
Tuesday December 3
5 p.m. | Practice of Self-Massage (1 hour) | Included, 2 hours access to the water circuit
Jeimy invites you to discover the practice of self-massage. With the massage ball, discover how to reduce stiffness, stress and increase your perception of your body in space. Give yourself the gift of daily self-massage and a better understanding of your needs to manage recurring tensions of your muscle tissues. After this session, let go and take a moment in the water circuit.
Tuesday December 10
5 p.m. | Aerial Yin (1h) | Included, 2 hours access to the water circuit
Margaux invites you experience the aerial hammock with a workshop focused on releasing the tensions and gentle stretching, both essential for mental and physical well-being. Connect to your emotions and sensations and, gradually, let go of ambient anxiety. Without seeking performance, this workshop invites you to notice the flow of your thoughts without judgment and will allow you to reach the deep tissues of the body and meditative states of the mind.
PRICE | $95 (excluding taxes) per access, including one (1) hour of workshop from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. followed by two (2) hours of free access to the water circuit.
PROGRAM
4:30 p.m.: recommended arrival time for check-in and get ready
5 p.m.-6 p.m. : one hour workshop in the hammock room in the gardens
6 p.m.-8 p.m. : two hours of free access to the water circuit
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga outfit or comfortable clothes, swimsuit, sandals, non-breakable water bottle.
INCLUDED
Yoga mat, bathrobe, towel, locker and key.
