Floor Pilates workshop
Enjoy a revitalizing floor Pilates session! This workout focusing on strength, flexibility and posture will guide you through a flowing and controlled sequence of floor exercises. By primarily using your own body weight, you’ll strengthen your core muscles while improving your balance and coordination.

> 9:45 a.m. – Gathering in the suspended hammocks room in the gardens
> 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Pilates activity with Justine Rozon
> 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Open water circuit
> $95 (excluding taxes) including one hour of Pilates and up to 2 hours of water circuit
About Justine Rozon
Justine is a certified floor and reformer Pilates instructor by Stott Pilates. She discovered the Pilates method several years ago following a serious car accident, and she quickly fell in love with this approach. Passionate about the resilience of the human body, she is convinced that the connection between body and mind is essential to well-being. She takes pleasure in guiding her clients for a better understanding of their body, helping them to adopt good posture habits and to tone up from head to toe, so that they feel strong and healthy.
