According to scientific studies, the health benefits of the Wim Hof Method® are not to be be proven anymore. Exposure to temperature contrasts, by alternating sauna and immersions in a cold bath, is a technique appreciated by many people around the world, especially in Scandinavian countries and Finland in particular.
Inspired by the Wim Hof Method® and using his handpan instrument, Sebastien will help you explore breathing techniques and optimize the benefits of the thermal cycle. These techniques are simple and yet also small wonders to use in everyday life to better manage stress, improve concentration and sleep.

- 9:30 a.m. – Arrival, check-in and changing
- 9:45 a.m. – Meeting in the suspended hammocks room in the garden and introduction to the workshop
- 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Breathing technique workshop with Sébastien Zappa and his handpan instrument
- 11:30 a.m. – Tea tasting
- 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Water circuit
Temperature contrasts and thermal cycle: People suffering from heart problems, hypertension, angina and diabetes are advised to consult their doctor beforehand. Cold showers can be practiced at home the days beforehand the activity for a better acclimatation.

About Sebastien Zappa
Sebastian Zappa, PhD, has been teaching mindful breathing and cold exposure since 2018. Searching for solutions to recurring depressive episodes and chronic fatigue, he soon became interested in these practices . His teachings are primarily based on the REBO2T, Oxygen Advantage and Wim Hof® methods, which he was taught by their respective founders. Playing with his handpan, his approach to these practices is also accessible to everyone.
