About the position

Under the responsibility of the Customer Service Coordinator, the Reservation Agent is the first contact with Bota Bota’s customers  and has to understand their needs in order to advise them. He is responsible for directing calls to the various departments, informing customers about offered services, booking reservations using in the appropriate software.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls and requests generated by our website
  • Direct calls to relevant departments
  • Understand and evaluate customer needs
  • Inform customers about the various services offered
  • Promote the different treatments available
  • Book appointments and optimize schedules at the same time
  • Participate in sales increase of treatments and all types of gift certificates
  • Be responsive to customers questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner
  • Adopt a positive attitude that will help maintain a friendly and professional work environment

Qualifications

  • Required experience in customer service, preferably by telephone  or in a call center
  • Ease of use with different IT tools
  • Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written
