Reservation Agent (full-time position)
Your mission on the boat: Steer, hands on the helm
Similar to a maritime traffic control tower, the Reservations Agent has the primary role of informing customers about the services offered, taking reservations, registering them in the appropriate software and directing calls to the various departments. Under the responsibility of the Reservations Supervisor, he will be the first contact with Bota Bota customers and will have to understand their needs in order to advise them well.

Your mission on the boat
Under the responsibility of the Reservations Supervisor, the Reservations Agent will be responsible for directing calls to the various departments, informing customers about the services offered, taking reservations and entering them into the appropriate software. He will be the first contact with Bota Bota customers and will have to understand their needs in order to advise them properly.

- Respond to calls and requests from our website
- Direct calls to relevant departments
- Understanding and assessing customer needs
- Inform customers about the various services offered
- Promote the different treatments available
- Make reservations, making sure to optimize schedules as much as possible
- Help to increase sales of treatments and gift certificates
- Be receptive to customer questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner
- Having a positive attitude will help maintain a friendly and professional work environment
Qualities sought
- Demonstrate autonomy in decision-making and the ability to multi-task on short notice;
- Have a good sense of organization and know how to prioritize tasks;
- Demonstrate an excellent customer service approach;
- Demonstrate rigorous punctuality;
- Have a sense of teamwork and be comfortable working in an open workspace;
- Exercise discretion and respect for the confidentiality of customer information;
Skills wanted
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or over the phone;
- Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry an asset;
- Be comfortable with different computer tools;
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
