When we think of the New Year, we think of New Year’s resolutions. To help you keep your resolutions this year – at least a little longer than last year! – Bota Bota invites you to start 2015 right with Om, an event dedicated to well-being, on January 1st.

Starting at 12:30 p.m. health and well-being professionals will be there to offer you a variety of activities, including snow yoga, yoga for “Hangovers”, guided meditation in a sauna, and pilates, as well as breathing exercises and good intention workshops for 2015. Each of these activities will last approximately 30 to 60 minutes and will take place throughout the afternoon so that everyone can find something that suits their needs.

If you’d like to participate, here’s some advice:

– Make a reservation. This way, you’ll have priority in choosing your activities, since places are limited.*
– Bring your yoga mat as well as appropriate clothing.
– Don’t forget your bathing suit and your sandals to enjoy our water circuit, which will be open until 10 p.m.

Cost: $55 per person, which includes access to water circuit layover / $65 per person, wich includes access to water circuit journey and to all activities and workshops, as long as you have the proper equipment. No equipment will be available for rental, except for a bathrobe, a towel, and a locker.

*Since places are limited, people with reservations will have priority in choosing activities and workshops.
